Union Minister Nitin Gadkari wishes BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur a happy birthday on February 2, 2023. Gadkari took to Twitter to extend his wishes, saying, “Wishing Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur a very happy birthday. May God bless you with good health, happiness, and a long life. Your dedication towards serving society and the nation is an inspiration to many.”
Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is a prominent BJP leader and the Member of Parliament from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She is known for her controversial statements and has been the subject of criticism from various quarters. Despite this, she continues to enjoy a large following among her supporters and is known for her strong stance on various issues.
Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is an Indian politician and a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). She was born on born 2 February 1970 in a small town in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Thakur became a household name in India after her arrest in 2008 in connection with the Malegaon blast case. She was accused of plotting a bomb blast that killed six people and injured over a hundred others. She was in jail for several years before being granted bail by the Bombay High Court in 2017.
Despite her controversial past, Thakur was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha from the Bhopal constituency in the 2019 general elections. She is known for her fiery speeches and has been in the news for her controversial statements on various issues.
Thakur’s political journey started in the late 90s when she became a part of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). She rose to prominence in the organization and was soon appointed as a pracharak (full-time worker) of the RSS.
She is a strong supporter of the Hindu nationalism ideology and has been vocal about her views on various social and political issues. Thakur is known for her speeches on Hinduism, nationalism, and patriotism.
Thakur has been awarded several accolades for her contributions to society and her work toward the upliftment of women and children. She is a firm believer in the idea of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together with all, Development for all) and has been working towards the betterment of society through her various initiatives and programs.
