Union Minister Nitin Gadkari recently paid tribute to Santkavi Shri Samarth Ramdas Swami on his birth anniversary. In a tweet, the minister praised the contributions of the renowned saint and poet, who is known for his spiritual teachings and literary works.
Santkavi Shri Samarth Ramdas Swami was born in Maharashtra in 1608 and is considered one of the most revered saints in the state’s history. He was a spiritual leader, social reformer, and literary figure who played a crucial role in shaping the Bhakti movement in Maharashtra.
Nitin Gadkari, in his tweet, referred to Shri Samarth Ramdas Swami as a “Karmayogi” or a person who dedicates his life to work and service.
