On the 9th of January Nitin Gadkari Pays a humble Tribute to the great social reformer Deenbandhu Sir Chhoturam ji on his death anniversary.

Know About Sir Chhoturam:-

An ideologue of pre-Independent India, Sir Chhotu Ram (24 November 1881 – 9 January 1945) was a prominent politician in British India’s Punjab Province. Belonging to the Jat community, he championed the interest of oppressed communities of the Indian subcontinent.

He was knighted in 1937 for this feat. He co-founded the National Unionist Party, which ruled the United Punjab Province in pre-independent India and kept Congress and the Muslim League at bay. He brought out a weekly newspaper named Jat Gazette in 1916, which is still being published today.

On the 9th of January Yogi pays a humble tribute to the great freedom fighter, ‘Deenbandhu’ Sir Chhotu Ram, who was dedicated to the overall upliftment of the farmers, on his death anniversary.
