On the 22nd of April Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways extended his warm greetings to the countrymen on the auspicious festival of Akshaya Tritiya. In a message, he conveyed his wishes for happiness, peace, prosperity, and health in everyone’s life.
Significance of Akshaya Tritiya
Akshaya Tritiya, also known as Akti or Akha Teej, is a significant festival in the Hindu calendar. This event occurs on the third day of the waxing phase of the lunar month of Vaishakha. The word “Akshaya” means “eternal” or “never-ending,” and “Tritiya” means “the third day.” The day is considered auspicious for new beginnings, investments, and wealth creation. It is believed that any investment made on this day will bring prosperity and growth.
