Chief Minister Nitish Kumar commemorated the death anniversary of Jayaprakash Narayan, a revered figure known for his pivotal role in India’s freedom struggle and his dedication to social reform. In a solemn gesture of remembrance, Nitish Kumar paid tribute to the late leader by offering flowers at his statue.
Remembering a Pioneer of Total Revolution
Jayaprakash Narayan, often affectionately referred to as JP, was a prominent freedom fighter and a staunch advocate of social and political reform. He played a significant role in India’s struggle for independence and later became a leading voice in the movement for social justice and equality.
“JP’s legacy extends beyond his contributions to India’s freedom movement. He was known for his unwavering commitment to socialist principles and his advocacy for the rights and welfare of marginalized communities. His leadership and dedication to the welfare of the common people made him a beloved figure in India’s political landscape”.

On the occasion of Jayaprakash Narayan’s death anniversary, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, a respected leader in his own right, paid his respects to JP’s memory. By offering flowers at the statue of this iconic leader, Nitish Kumar reaffirmed the enduring influence and inspiration that JP continues to provide to leaders and citizens alike.
