While Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’ continues to dominate the box office, Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam starrer ‘OMG 2’ have also made a significant impact with their thought-provoking film on sex education. Despite facing competition from the blockbuster ‘Gadar 2,’ ‘OMG 2’ has received a tremendous response from the audience, capturing hearts with its important message.
The film has successfully completed six days of its theatrical run, amassing a considerable amount at the box office. Directed by Amit Rai, ‘OMG 2’ explores the theme of sex education and has garnered immense appreciation from the public.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh reports that ‘OMG 2’ witnessed a decline in its collection on Wednesday, with earnings amounting to Rs 7.20 crore on the sixth day. The cumulative business of the film has now reached an impressive Rs 79.47 crore, solidifying its status as a super hit.
Since its release, ‘OMG 2’ has displayed a consistent performance at the box office. The film earned Rs 10.26 crore on its opening day, followed by Rs 15.30 crore on Saturday, Rs 17.55 crore on Sunday, Rs 12.06 crore on Monday, and Rs 17.10 crore on Tuesday. These figures suggest that Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’ might soon join the coveted Rs 100 crore club, potentially achieving this milestone over the upcoming weekend.
It’s noteworthy that ‘OMG 2’ is the sequel to the 2012 film ‘OMG,’ where Paresh Rawal played the lead role alongside Akshay Kumar. In the sequel, Pankaj Tripathi has taken on a significant role, receiving praise for his performance. The film’s success is a testament to its engaging storyline and the audience’s appreciation for its valuable message.
