Lok Sabha Elections: Phase-5 of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 marks the participation of 695 candidates across 49 Parliamentary Constituencies in 8 States/UTs. With 1586 nominations filed, Maharashtra emerges with the highest, followed closely by Uttar Pradesh. Notably, each PC averages 14 contestants, showcasing the fervent democratic process in action.
