On the 13th of February, Piyush Goyal extends greetings to everyone on the Establishment Day of @APEDADOC dedicated to the export of agricultural products. Under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, emphasis is being laid on exports, due to which the demand for Indian food products is increasing in the world and farmers are getting more profit.
The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, extended his warm greetings to everyone on the Establishment Day of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA). This day is dedicated to promoting the export of agricultural products and ensuring the growth of the industry.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government is laying great emphasis on exports, which is reflected in the increasing demand for Indian food products in the world. This has resulted in higher profits for farmers, who are the backbone of the country’s agriculture sector.
APEDA was established in 1985 with the aim of promoting and developing the export of agricultural and processed food products from India. Over the years, the organization has played a key role in increasing the competitiveness of Indian food products in the global market. With its dedicated efforts, APEDA has helped in improving the quality and standards of Indian food products and has also provided a platform for small and medium-sized farmers to showcase their products to a wider audience.
The establishment of APEDA has not only benefited the farmers but has also provided employment opportunities to a large number of people in the food processing and packaging industry. Moreover, the organization has also helped in increasing the income of farmers, which has in turn helped in the development of rural areas.
Minister Goyal stated that the government is committed to the growth and development of the agriculture sector and will continue to take all necessary measures to support the industry. He also acknowledged the hard work and dedication of APEDA in promoting the export of agricultural products and expressed his confidence that the organization will continue to make significant contributions to the industry in the years to come.
