On the 25th of December PM Modi greeted the people on Christmas and recalled the noble thoughts of Lord Christ.
“Merry Christmas! May this special day further the spirit of harmony and joy in our society. We recall the noble thoughts of Lord Christ and the emphasis on serving society.”
As we know, ” Christians all over the world believe that Christmas is the most important festival. They celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, who they believe is the Son of God”.
The term ‘Christmas’ is derived from the Latin term ‘Mass of Christ’. A Mass service, sometimes called Eucharist or Communion, is where Jesus died for his people and then came back to life.
Hence the Midnight trend started, the ‘Christ-Mass’ service at that time took place after dusk and before dawn on the next day. Christmas =Christ + Mass
