Know About Murli Manohar Joshi:-

An Indian politician, Murli Manohar Joshi, was born on 5 January 1934. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and was the President of the party between 1991 and 1993. He was also the former Member of Parliament for the Kanpur parliamentary constituency. He used to be a professor of physics at the University of Allahabad. He was a key leader of the BJP.

The National Democratic Alliance government later appointed Joshi as the Union Human Resources Development minister. In 2017, Joshi was awarded the second-highest civilian award, Padma Vibhushan, by the Government of India.

Joshi was born in Delhi, but he hails from Almora in the Kumaon region. Kumaon region is now part of the Uttarakhand state. Joshi’s early education took place in Chandpur, District Bijnore, and Almora. in the year 2001, He completed his B.Sc. in 2001. Meerut College and M.Sc. Meerut College and M.Sc. from Allahabad University.

One of his teachers was Professor Rajendra Singh, who later became the RSS Sanghchalak. He got his doctorate from Allahabad University. His doctoral thesis was about spectroscopy. He published a research paper in Physics, which was the first of its kind in Hindi. After completing his Ph.D., Joshi started teaching physics at Allahabad University.
