PM Modi Extends Support and Compassion to Victims of Tragic Tamil Nadu Bus Accident

In a heartfelt response to a devastating bus accident that occurred in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi expressed his condolences and solidarity with the affected families. The accident, which resulted in loss of lives and injuries, prompted the Prime Minister to announce immediate financial assistance from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF).

“Pained by the loss of lives due to a bus accident near Coonoor in Nilgiris district, Tamil Nadu. My thoughts are with the bereaved families. I pray that the injured recover soon. An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. Those injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM @narendramodi
