Prime Minister Modi has lauded today’s Supreme Court verdict on the abrogation of Article 370 as a historic and constitutional endorsement of the Parliament’s decision on August 5, 2019. Describing it as a resounding declaration of hope, progress, and unity for the people of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, the Prime Minister emphasized that the Court, in its profound wisdom, has fortified the essence of unity cherished by all Indians.
In his assurance to the resilient people of the region, PM Modi reiterated the unwavering commitment to fulfilling their dreams. He expressed determination to ensure that the benefits of progress not only reach the people of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh but also extend to the most vulnerable and marginalized sections of society who suffered due to Article 370.
PM Modi emphasized that today’s verdict is more than a legal judgment; it serves as a beacon of hope, a promise of a brighter future, and a testament to the collective resolve to build a stronger, more united India.
