Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is set to embark on a significant endeavor as he distributes over 1 lakh appointment letters to newly recruited individuals via video conferencing on February 12, 2024, at 10:30 AM. This momentous occasion will mark a milestone in the government’s commitment to employment generation and youth empowerment.
In addition to the distribution of appointment letters, Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone of Phase I of the Integrated Complex “Karmayogi Bhavan” in New Delhi. This complex is designed to foster collaboration and synergy among various pillars of Mission Karmayogi, facilitating streamlined operations and efficiency in governance.
The Rozgar Mela, scheduled to be held at 47 locations across the country, signifies the government’s dedication to prioritizing employment generation. Recruitments will take place across Central Government Departments, as well as State Governments and Union Territories supporting this initiative. The recruits will join various Ministries and Departments, including the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, and Ministry of Railways, among others.
The Rozgar Mela not only serves as a platform for employment opportunities but also aims to empower the youth and facilitate their direct participation in national development. It aligns with Prime Minister Modi’s vision of leveraging employment generation for the country’s progress and development.
Furthermore, the newly appointed individuals will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. With over 880 e-learning courses accessible in “anywhere, any device” format, this initiative ensures continuous learning and development for the workforce.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiatives underscore the government’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, employment generation, and skill enhancement. Through the distribution of appointment letters, the inauguration of Karmayogi Bhavan, and the facilitation of training opportunities, the government aims to catalyze progress and prosperity for all citizens.
