PM Modi Wishes Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev a Speedy Recovery After Emergency Surgery

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, the renowned spiritual leader and founder of the Isha Foundation, who underwent emergency surgery at Delhi’s Apollo Hospital due to massive swelling and bleeding in his brain. Modi conveyed his wishes for good health and a quick recovery to Sadhguru.

Taking to the microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter), the Prime Minister posted, “Spoke to @SadhguruJV Ji and wished him good health and a speedy recovery.”

Echoing similar sentiments, Minister of External Affairs S. Jaishankar expressed deep concern upon hearing aboutSadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s surgery. Jaishankar took to Twitter, saying, “Deeply concerned on hearing about @SadhguruJV ji’s surgery. Wishing him a rapid and complete recovery.”

Despite the gravity of the situation, Sadhguru is reportedly making steady progress in his recovery, with consistent improvement in his vital parameters, as confirmed by a senior doctor at the Indraprastha Apollo Hospital.

Sadhguru himself shared an update on his condition via a video posted on his Instagram account from his hospital bed. In a lighter vein, he mentioned, “The Apollo hospital neurosurgeons cut through my skull to try and find something but found nothing — empty. After their efforts proved fruitless, they closed the incision. Now, here I am in Delhi, with my skull mended, and thankfully, my brain unharmed.”

As Sadhguru continues his recovery journey, the outpouring of support and well wishes from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister S. Jaishankar, and countless others underscores the spiritual leader’s widespread influence and the collective hope for his swift return to health.
