Prime Minister Narendra Modi is poised to catalyze a wave of development across several states in a forthcoming tour scheduled from March 4th to 6th, 2024. The itinerary underscores a comprehensive agenda encompassing inauguration ceremonies, dedication ceremonies, and foundation stone-laying ceremonies for an array of transformative projects across Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar.
In Telangana’s Adilabad district, Prime Minister Modi will kickstart the tour with the inauguration, dedication, and foundation stone-laying of development projects valued at more than Rs. 56,000 crore. These projects, spanning the power, rail, and road sectors, symbolize a monumental leap toward bolstering infrastructure and fostering economic growth.
“Subsequently, the tour will extend to Tamil Nadu, where Prime Minister Modi will witness the historic moment of core loading for India’s indigenous Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor (PFBR) of 500 MWe capacity at Kalpakkam. This significant milestone in India’s nuclear power program underscores the nation’s commitment to clean and efficient energy solutions”.
The journey continues with stops in Hyderabad, Sangareddy, Chandikhole, Kolkata, and Bettiah, where Prime Minister Modi will unveil an array of projects spanning civil aviation, railway, road, petroleum, and natural gas sectors. From inaugurating solar projects to flagging off metro services, the tour epitomizes the government’s unwavering dedication to infrastructure development and enhancing the quality of life for citizens.
Prime Minister Modi’s multi-state tour serves as a testament to his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to propelling India towards a future replete with progress, prosperity, and sustainable development.
