Notably, the Prime Minister had the privilege of virtually witnessing the Chandrayaan-3 Moon Lander’s landing.

Upon landing at the HAL Airport in Bengaluru, PM Modi was greeted with a warm welcome. In his address to the gathered citizens, he invoked the iconic slogans of “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan” (Hail the Soldier, Hail the Farmer), and added “Jai Vigyan, Jai Anusandhan” (Hail Science, Hail Research). The Prime Minister noted that the same spirit and enthusiasm he observed in South Africa and Greece resonated with India’s remarkable achievements.

Expressing his eagerness to join the ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) team, the Prime Minister emphasized that he had intentionally chosen Bengaluru as his first destination upon returning. He extended his gratitude to the Governor, Chief Minister, and Deputy Chief Minister for their cooperation in streamlining protocols and ensuring a smooth reception upon his arrival.

In his address, the Prime Minister conveyed his appreciation for the warm welcome he received and acknowledged the high level of enthusiasm among the citizens gathered to greet him. He then proceeded to ISRO, where he actively participated in a roadshow alongside the Chandrayaan team. The Prime Minister’s engagement with ISRO reaffirms India’s commitment to space exploration and scientific advancement.

Shri Narendra Modi’s overseas tour showcased his diplomatic engagements, fostered international relations, and reaffirmed India’s significant presence on the global stage. His engagement with the ISRO team following his return underscores his unwavering support for India’s scientific and technological endeavors. As the nation looks forward to the next phase of Chandrayaan and other pioneering ventures, the Prime Minister’s hands-on involvement stands as a symbol of India’s aspirations and determination to reach new heights in space exploration.
