On a pleasant morning, President Droupadi Murmu hosted Members of Parliament from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Haryana for breakfast at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre. The event was an opportunity for the President to connect with the esteemed guests and exchange views on various issues.
The breakfast was a grand affair with a lavish spread of delicacies from different parts of India. The guests were greeted with warm hospitality and were served traditional dishes like idli, dosa, vada, sambar, and chutney. The President personally interacted with the MPs and enquired about their well-being and their families.
During the event, the President emphasized the importance of unity and urged the MPs to work together for the betterment of the country. She also expressed her appreciation for the diverse cultures and traditions of the different states represented by the MPs.
The Members of Parliament also had the opportunity to express their views on various issues concerning their respective states. They appreciated the President’s gesture of inviting them and expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome they received.
The event was a reflection of the President’s commitment to promoting national unity and strengthening the bonds between different states. It also demonstrated the cultural diversity of India and the importance of celebrating and respecting different traditions and customs.
