In response to the unfortunate train mishap in Odisha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken charge and led a high-level meeting to evaluate the situation. The Prime Minister’s Office took to Twitter to announce the development, stating that the meeting aimed to assess various aspects, including rescue operations, relief efforts, and medical assistance for those affected.
The Prime Minister’s Office tweeted that a meeting was chaired by PM Narendra Modi to evaluate the condition after the train accident in Odisha. The meeting to review the situation discussed matters pertaining to rescue, relief, and medical care for the affected individuals.
Recognizing the urgency and gravity of the incident, Prime Minister Modi will personally visit Odisha to further evaluate the situation on the ground. The tweet stated that PM Narendra Modi is set to depart for Odisha to assess the aftermath of the train mishap.
During the meeting, various aspects were likely discussed, including the ongoing rescue operations to ensure the safe retrieval of any trapped passengers. Additionally, relief efforts to assist those affected by the mishap were evaluated, with a focus on providing essential supplies, medical attention, and support to the injured and their families.
