Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will headline the ‘Viksit Bharat Viksit Gujarat’ programme on February 10, 2024, commencing at 1 PM via video conferencing. This significant event will mark the inauguration and Bhoomi Poojan of more than 1.3 lakh houses constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and various other housing schemes in Gujarat.
Organized at over 180 locations spanning all districts of Gujarat, the programme’s primary event will unfold in district Banaskantha. Thousands of beneficiaries from diverse government schemes, particularly housing initiatives, are expected to participate in this statewide endeavour. The event will also feature the presence of Chief Minister Gujarat, along with other state ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, and local representatives.
The ‘Viksit Bharat Viksit Gujarat’ programme underscores the government’s commitment to providing affordable housing solutions and fostering holistic development across the nation. Prime Minister Modi’s virtual address and participation symbolize a concerted effort towards realizing the vision of an inclusive and prosperous India.
