Gujarat: In a significant development, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Gujarat from 8-10 January 2024 to spearhead the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, celebrating its tenth edition under the theme ‘Gateway to the Future.’
On 9th January, commencing at 9:30 AM, the Prime Minister will convene at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar for bilateral discussions with world leaders, followed by a meeting with CEOs from top global corporations. At 3 PM, he will inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show.
The following day, on 10th January, at 9:45 AM, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. Subsequently, he will engage in discussions with CEOs of leading global corporations. Later in the day, around 5:15 PM, he will journey to GIFT City to interact with prominent business leaders in the Global FinTech Leadership Forum.
Conceptualized in 2003 under the visionary leadership of then Chief Minister Narendra Modi, the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit has evolved into a prestigious global platform for business collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships promoting inclusive growth and sustainable development. This year’s edition, themed ‘Gateway to the Future,’ will also commemorate “20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat as the Summit of Success.”
“Featuring 34 partner countries and 16 partner organizations, the summit will serve as a showcase for investment opportunities in the North-Eastern regions by the Ministry of Development of the North-Eastern Region”.
The event will host seminars and conferences covering globally relevant topics like Industry 4.0, Technology and Innovation, Sustainable Manufacturing, Green Hydrogen, Electric Mobility, Renewable Energy, and the Transition towards Sustainability. The Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show will spotlight products manufactured using cutting-edge technology in sectors such as E-mobility, Start-ups, MSMEs, Blue Economy, Green Energy, and Smart Infrastructure. The summit stands as a testament to Gujarat’s commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development on the global stage.
