Rajkummar Rao’s much-anticipated biopic on industrialist Srikanth Bolla has undergone a significant transformation, unveiling a new title and a revised release date. Previously known as “Sri,” the film is now officially titled “Srikanth,” paying homage to the protagonist it portrays.
Additionally, eager fans can mark their calendars for the new release date as the film is set to hit cinemas on May 10, 2024, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
Joining Rao in this cinematic venture are esteemed actors Jyotika, Alaya F, and Sharad Kelkar, promising an ensemble cast that adds depth and dimension to the narrative.
Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, known for his adept storytelling skills, “Srikanth” is backed by a powerhouse production team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani.
The biopic aims to chronicle the remarkable journey of Srikanth Bolla, a visionary industrialist who defied societal norms and physical challenges to carve a niche for himself in the business world. With Rao’s prowess in portraying complex characters and a stellar supporting cast, “Srikanth” is poised to be a cinematic masterpiece that celebrates the indomitable spirit of human perseverance and achievement.
