‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, portrayed by Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, continues to enchant audiences even after three weeks after its July release. The film’s remarkable journey has propelled it into the prestigious 300 crore club, both domestically and globally. Karan Johar, the film’s director, shared the exciting news on social media, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming love and support received by the movie.
Made so much collection in India
In India, the film’s box office performance has been equally impressive. The numbers are steadily climbing, with the film poised to join the 150 crore club soon. The initial week saw a collection of 73.33 crores, followed by 47.45 crores in the second week, and 19.24 crores in the third week, bringing the total collection to 140.02 crores.
Despite the success of Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’ and Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’ at the box office, the heartwarming tale of Rocky and Rani continues to shine. The film amassed 1.40 crores on Thursday alone and consistently maintains a daily business of over 1 crore.
The movie’s cast, including Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra, and Jaya Bachchan, alongside Alia and Ranveer, has played pivotal roles in bringing this love story to life. Karan Johar, who directed the film, marked his return to the director’s chair after a seven-year hiatus. The enduring allure of ”Rocky and Rani” stands as a testament to its captivating storytelling and the chemistry of its talented cast.
