Adding to the excitement surrounding his upcoming release, actor Ranveer Singh, who is set to reprise his role as ‘Simmba’ in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again,’ shared a glimpse of his muscular physique on Saturday. Taking to Instagram Stories, Ranveer posted a picture of himself from the ‘Singham Again’ set. In the image, Ranveer proudly displayed his chiseled physique while dressed in a black vest, matching trousers, and a pair of black shades.
To add to the excitement, Ranveer included the iconic track ‘Aala Re Aala’ from his movie ‘Simmba’ in the background. Recently, he revealed his return as the beloved character from Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe, Simmba, in this upcoming film. In the accompanying caption, he expressed, “Ready to step back into one of my beloved characters from the Rohit Shetty Cop Universe – SIMMBA in ‘Singham Again’! We humbly request your love and blessings as we embark on this new journey alongside Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty.”
Directed by Rohit Shetty, ‘Singham Again’ will also feature Deepika Padukone in a cop avatar. The original ‘Singham’ was released in 2011 and starred Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj in lead roles, followed by ‘Singham Returns’ in 2014, both of which were declared box office hits.
This film marks the first on-screen collaboration of Deepika and Ajay. ‘Singham Again’ is scheduled to hit theaters on Diwali 2024, setting up a significant Bollywood clash with Kartik Aaryan’s horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and Akshay Kumar’s comedy film ‘Housefull 5.’ Additionally, Ranveer will be seen in director Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming action thriller ‘Don 3.’
