Sharing his excitement with the world, Ranveer posted a series of endearing childhood snapshots on Instagram. The images portray a young Ranveer donning a white t-shirt paired with blue shorts. In one snapshot, he’s playfully wielding a toy gun, while another captures his infectious smile.
The final picture exudes his signature swagger. Accompanying the images is a heartfelt note penned by Ranveer, assuring his fans of his commitment to entertaining them in “Don 3.” He humbly acknowledges the towering influence of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan on his journey, expressing his deep desire to honor their legacy.
In his heartfelt message, Ranveer shares, “Wow! I’ve cherished this dream for an extended period! When I was a kid, I loved movies, just like many of us, and I admired Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan – the two greatest actors in Hindi Cinema. They’re the reason I wanted to be an actor and a ‘Hindi film hero.’ Continuing their legacy is like making my childhood dream come true.”
He goes on, “I know being a part of the ‘Don’ series is a big responsibility. I hope the audience gives me a chance and shows me the same love they’ve shown for many characters in the past.”
Ranveer expresses gratitude to Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani for entrusting him with this honor and pays tribute to the indomitable legacy of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. He concludes his note by promising his beloved audience, “I will do my very best to entertain you…in and as…’Don’. Thank you for your love.”
