Realme P1 5G Series Launched: Mid-Range Performance

Realme has officially launched its much-anticipated Realme P1 5G series in India, presenting two new offerings – the Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G – designed to cater to the demands of the mid-range smartphone market. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer aims to provide exceptional performance and value for money with these latest additions to its product lineup.

The Realme P1 5G comes with a starting price of ₹15,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant is priced at ₹18,999. In contrast, the Realme P1 Pro 5G is priced at ₹21,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant & ₹22,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage option.

Both models offer vibrant color options to suit diverse preferences. The Realme P1 5G is available in Peacock Green and Phoenix Red, while the Realme P1 Pro 5G comes in Parrot Blue and Phoenix Red hues.

Key specifications of the Realme P1 series include a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 2000 nits peak brightness. Running on RealmeUI 5.0 based on the Android 14 operating system, the devices promise a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Under the hood, the Realme P1 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, while the Realme P1 Pro 5G houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Both smartphones offer up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, with the option to expand storage up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.

Realme aims to provide long-term support to its users by promising 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches for the Realme P1 series.
