Actress Ridhi Dogra recently marked her Bollywood debut with none other than the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, in the blockbuster film ‘Jawan.’ In the movie, Ridhi portrays Shah Rukh’s mother and has garnered immense praise from fans for her exceptional acting. With the film’s resounding success, Ridhi has been overwhelmed with love and appreciation from fans and has expressed her gratitude to director Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan for providing her with this incredible opportunity.
Ridhi’s Heartfelt Note
Ridhi Dogra recently took to her Instagram handle to share a heartfelt note detailing her experiences working on ‘Jawan’ and her interactions with the Bollywood superstar. She expressed her gratitude for the entire journey, calling it a “festival.” In her Instagram post, she shared a video in which she recounted her experiences on set and her emotional journey during the film’s production.
In her caption, Ridhi exclaimed, “THIS FILM IS A BLOCKBUSTER!” Ridhi Dogra continued to express her gratitude to everyone who acknowledged her contribution to the film, emphasizing how it empowers artists to take risks. She admitted to feeling a mix of emotions as an actor, fan, and person during the filming process.
A Dream Come True
Ridhi shared that she initially questioned her decision to portray an older character alongside Shah Rukh Khan but ultimately decided to take on the challenge. As an actor, she considered it a “dream come true” to work on such a significant project, despite facing emotional challenges and feelings of isolation during the shoot.
Ridhi concluded her post by recognizing the hard work and commitment of the entire film crew, thanking them for their passionate and selfless contributions to the project. She acknowledged the years of dedication and effort that went into making the film a success and expressed her happiness at seeing fans celebrate their work.
