Samsung enthusiasts and smartphone aficionados are eagerly awaiting the unveiling of Samsung’s new ‘AI Smartphone,’ the Galaxy S24 series. The launch event, scheduled for January 17 at 11 pm IST, will introduce three models: Galaxy S24 Ultra, S24, and S24 Plus. What sets these smartphones apart is their integration of advanced AI features, leveraging Google’s innovative ‘Circle to Search’ technology.
Leaked information has provided a sneak peek into the features that users can expect from the Galaxy S24 series. The ‘Circle to Search’ feature allows users to search for images, videos, or text on the screen with ease. This feature enables actions like circling, highlighting, scribbling, or tapping without the need for taking screenshots. The inclusion of ‘Live Translation’ for phone calls and AI enhancements for Zoom during nighttime usage further adds to the allure of the upcoming devices. Samsung’s Notes app will also receive a boost with the introduction of an AI-based ‘Note Assist’ feature.
Specifications revealed in leaks indicate that the Galaxy S24 Ultra boasts a 6.8-inch QHD+ display, the S24 Plus features a 6.7-inch QHD+ display, and the S24 comes with a 6.2-inch QHD+ display, showcasing Samsung’s commitment to delivering immersive visual experiences.
In anticipation of the launch, Samsung has shared a video on its official YouTube channel, showcasing the evolution of Samsung phones over the years. From the first mobile phone, SH-100, in 1988 to the revolutionary foldable smartphones in 2020, the video traces the remarkable journey of Samsung’s mobile innovation. The video concludes with a teaser for the upcoming Galaxy AI, hinting at the brand’s continuous commitment to technological advancement.
“For eager customers in India, the pre-booking of the Galaxy S24 series has already commenced. Interested buyers can reserve their flagship device by paying a token amount of Rs 2,000 on Samsung’s official website, Samsung Exclusive Stores, Amazon, and various retail outlets nationwide”.
