Deputy CM of Karnataka, DK Shivakumar has conveyed his heartfelt concerns and warm wishes to Sonia Gandhi, the former president of the Indian National Congress (INC), who has recently been admitted to a hospital due to a fever. In light of this news, Shivakumar shared his thoughts and extended his sincere hopes for her speedy and complete recovery.
It is notable that Sonia Gandhi had previously been admitted to the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi on January 12, 2023, for the treatment of a viral respiratory infection. She was discharged from the hospital on 17 January 2023. Unfortunately, she found herself back at the same hospital on March 2, 2023, due to a fever.
“Sonia Gandhi, who serves as the Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson, had recently attended the Opposition’s INDIA alliance meeting in Mumbai on August 31, accompanied by her son and Congress MP, Rahul Gandhi. Her health has been a subject of concern for her well-wishers, and DK Shivakumar’s words of support reflect the sentiments of many hoping for her swift and complete recovery”.
