The highly anticipated film ‘Gadar 2,’ starring Sunny Deol, has taken the advance booking charts by storm, surpassing even ‘OMG 2’ in this race. With an overwhelming response to its advance bookings, the film’s first-day figures have now been unveiled, leaving everyone amazed and underscoring the enduring craze among fans even after 23 years since the original ‘Gadar’ release.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh recently shared an update on ‘Gadar 2’s advance booking, revealing an impressive achievement of 30,000 tickets sold on its very first day. Major multiplex chains, including PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis, have contributed significantly to this feat, with 12,100, 8,600, and 9,350 tickets sold respectively. This collective tally amounts to a remarkable 30,050 tickets secured for the film.
Anticipated Opening Day Collection:
Based on the early surge in advance bookings, industry experts speculate that ‘Gadar 2’ could amass a staggering 25 crore rupees on its opening day. This promising projection hints at a blockbuster debut for the film, indicating a robust opening at the box office.
As ‘OMG 2’ also enters the competition, all eyes are on whether these concurrent releases will clash or both emerge as superhits. A similar scenario unfolded in 2001 when ‘Gadar’ and ‘Lagaan’ were released simultaneously, resulting in both films achieving blockbuster status.
