In a shocking turn of events, Bollywood actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack and underwent angioplasty. The news was confirmed by the actress herself on her Instagram account, where she also wrote about her father.
Sen, who is known for her roles in movies like “Main Hoon Na” and “Biwi No.1”, shared a post on Instagram in which she talked about the importance of taking care of one’s health.

Also, through this post, Sushmita Sen has told that she had a heart attack in the past, for which Sushmita Sen thanked everyone while sharing the information.
In the post, Sushmita Sen revealed that ”she had a heart attack a few days ago… and has undergone angioplasty… has had a stent… & most importantly, my cardiologist has confirmed that ‘my heart is big’, she thanked her doctors for their care and support. Further Sushmita Sen wrote, “This post is just to inform you (my well-wishers and dear ones) of the good news… that all is well & I am ready for some life again”.
