Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has taken to Twitter to highlight the resounding success of the film “12th Fail.” The movie’s remarkable journey continues as it not only sustained its strong momentum but also witnessed a significant boost in collections during its second weekend.
Weekend 2 Triumph:
In its second weekend, “12th Fail” achieved an impressive weekend collection of ₹8.45 crores, surpassing its initial weekend collection of ₹6.70 crores. The film’s performance was outstanding, with ₹1.75 crore on Friday, a substantial ₹3.40 crore on Saturday, and another ₹3.30 crore on the second Sunday, followed by a Monday collection of 1.31 crore. The cumulative total for the movie in India has now reached ₹22.76 crores, showcasing its formidable presence at the box office.
Steady Growth Expected:
With ₹26.62 crores on the horizon, the film is well on its way to surpassing this milestone by the end of its 2nd week. The question that remains is: how much more will be added to its box office tally before the highly anticipated “Tiger 3” arrives on Sunday? As moviegoers eagerly await the answer, “12th Fail” continues to shine at the box office, underscoring the impact of a well-made film and robust audience support.
