Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a famous South Indian actress who has appeared in several Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi movies. She has become one of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry. The new release date of South Cinema’s superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming movie ‘Shakuntalam‘ has come to the fore. Earlier the film was to be released on 17 February. At the same time, the new release date of the film has come to the fore. Filmmakers have shared the poster of ‘Shakuntalam‘ along with the new release date.
‘Shakuntalam‘ filmmakers have told that the movie will be released on 14 April. Even before this, the release date of the film has changed twice. Now once again the release date of the film has been changed. In the movie ‘Shakuntalam‘, Samantha portrays the role of Shakuntala, the daughter of Menaka and Vishwamitra. Gunasekhar directed the movie.
The movie will be released in four languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. The legend of King Dushyant and Shakuntala serves as the basis of the story of the film. Kalidasa’s play Abhijnana Shakuntalam is the source of the story for the movie.
