A pall of gloom descended upon Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi’s family as news of a tragic road accident surfaced. Pankaj’s brother-in-law, Rakesh Tiwari, tragically lost his life in the accident, while his sister, Sabita Tiwari, sustained severe injuries.
According to police reports, the accident took place at approximately 4:30 pm near Nirsa Bazar on the Delhi-Kolkata National Highway-2, when the couple’s car collided with a road divider. The couple, reportedly traveling from Bihar to Chittaranjan in West Bengal, encountered the unfortunate accident near GT road.
Following the mishap, local authorities and bystanders swiftly came to the rescue, extracting Rakesh and Sabita from the wreckage. They were rushed to Dhanbad Medical College Hospital for urgent medical attention.
Despite efforts by emergency medical personnel, Rakesh Tiwari was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital. Sabita Tiwari continues to receive medical treatment for her injuries, with her condition reported to be serious.
The tragic incident has left Pankaj Tripathi’s family and the Bollywood fraternity in shock and mourning. Tributes and condolences pour in for the bereaved family, as they navigate through this difficult time.
