The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has commenced the online application process for the 2024 Civil Services Examination (CSE) and Indian Forest Services (IFoS). Prospective candidates can obtain the application form from the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.
A total of 1,056 vacancies are available for the UPSC CSE 2024, with an additional 150 seats allocated for the Indian Forest Service (IFoS). Prospective candidates are encouraged to seize this opportunity by submitting their applications before the deadline on March 5.
The application process includes registering for the Civil Services Preliminary examination (UPSC CSE Prelims 2024) and enrolling for the Indian Forest Services (IFS) Prelims through the CSE platform. It is essential for applicants to carefully review the eligibility criteria, selection process, and age relaxation policies outlined in the notification.
Furthermore, the Commission has established a designated period of 7 days for candidates to submit representations regarding the examination questions. This period begins on the day following the Examination Date and ends at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th day. Candidates must adhere to the specified timeframe, as no representations will be accepted beyond this period.
As the application process unfolds, candidates are urged to follow the guidelines meticulously to ensure a smooth and hassle-free submission. Any queries or concerns should be addressed following the instructions provided by the Commission, fostering transparency and efficiency in the examination process.
