The Vice-President, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, is set to inaugurate the year-long nationwide campaign ‘Hamara Samvidhan, Hamara Samman’ on January 24, 2024, at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre. Commemorating India’s 75th year as a Republic, the campaign aims to reinforce our collective commitment to constitutional principles.
Focused on celebrating shared values, it seeks to instill pride and responsibility in upholding constitutional ideals, offering citizens various participation avenues. Activities include Sabko Nyay, Nav Bharat Nav Sankalp, and Vidhi Jagriti Abhiyan, engaging citizens in legal awareness, talent showcases, and constitutional knowledge tests.
The event will also witness the launch of Nyaya Setu, providing unified legal services and the release of the achievement booklet for the Scheme on Access to Justice ‘Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice’ (DISHA). Dignitaries like Minister of State(I/C) for Law and Justice Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal and Attorney General of India, Shri R. Venkatramani will grace the occasion. The campaign is an initiative by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
