A Grand Promotional Visit: Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s star-studded cast of “12th Fail,” featuring Vikrant Massey, Pallak Lalwani, Medha Shankar, and Priyanshu Chatterjee, recently made a powerful presence in Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar to promote their highly anticipated film.
Mukherjee Nagar: A Real-Life Connection
A significant portion of the film was shot in the real-life location of Mukherjee Nagar, and now, the cast revisited the same streets to promote their movie. The place where they created the film became a canvas for their promotional endeavors.
Students Join in the Fun
To add an extra layer of enthusiasm to the event, 90 spirited students joined the cast in Mukherjee Nagar. Together, they painted the streets with vibrant colors and slogans of “Restart.” A spirited rally was organized, and the crowd enthusiastically sang the film’s anthem song, “Restart.” The students even presented a street play that encapsulated the essence of the film.
The Story Behind “12th Fail”
“12th Fail” is based on a true story that delves into the struggles of the numerous students who aspire to clear the UPSC entrance exam. However, it goes beyond the examination itself and delivers a powerful message about not giving up and starting anew after facing failure. Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the film is scheduled for a worldwide release on October 27, catering to audiences in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
The promotion in Mukherjee Nagar not only ignited excitement for the film but also emphasized the message of resilience and the determination to restart in the face of adversity.
