Vivo has launched its highly anticipated foldable smartphone, the Vivo X Fold 3 V2303A, in China, showcasing a blend of innovation and cutting-edge technology. With a focus on versatility and performance, the device boasts impressive specifications and features designed to elevate the user experience.
The Vivo X Fold 3 V2303A flaunts dual displays, including an expansive 8.03-inch 2K Samsung E7 AMOLED display with a resolution of 2480×2200 pixels. This primary display offers a smooth visual experience with a 120Hz refresh rate, 8T LTPO technology, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. Additionally, a secondary 6.53-inch 1.5K BOE Q9+ OLED display complements the primary screen, further enhancing usability and multitasking capabilities.
Under the hood, the X Fold 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with the Adreno 740 GPU, ensuring seamless performance and responsiveness. It features LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for efficient multitasking and storage management.
In the photography department, the Vivo X Fold 3 V2303A impresses with its versatile camera setup, comprising a 50MP Sony IMX920 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX816 telephoto periscope zoom lens. For selfies, both internal and external fronts sport a 32MP OV32D sensor, delivering stunning self-portraits and video calls.
The device is equipped with a robust 5500mAh battery and supports 80W wired charging, ensuring extended usage without compromising on charging speed. Other notable features include IPX4 rating for water resistance, NFC, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, Bluetooth version 5.3, dual stereo speakers, and a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner.
The Vivo X Fold 3 V2303A comes with a price tag of ¥6999 for the 12GB+256GB variant, translating to approximately ₹80,793, $969, or €895. With its premium design, advanced features, and futuristic foldable form factor, the Vivo X Fold 3 promises to redefine the smartphone experience for users in China and beyond.
