A viral video circulating on social media has brought amusement to many as it captures the humorous antics of a monkey attempting to access a liquor bottle on Gandhi Jayanti, a dry day in India.
In the video, the playful monkey is perched on a motorcycle near the office of the Police Commissioner in Kanpur. Displaying impressive dexterity, it opens a bag, retrieves a liquor bottle, and endeavors to unseal it, all while providing entertainment for onlookers.
The video has been shared by a user named Priya Singh and the caption has been written ” गांधी जयंती स्पेशल- ड्राई डे पर कानपुर पुलिस ऑफिस में किसी ने अपनी व्यवस्था रखी थी, जिस पर एक बंदर की नज़र पड़ गई. तभी मामला बिगड़ गया, पोल खुल गई।॥
Amidst the parked police motorcycles, one bike concealed a secret stash—two bottles of liquor, including Royal Challenge and Royal Stag, tucked away in a bag. The local monkey, well-known for its occasional visits, seized the opportunity to investigate. It successfully liberated one of the bottles, adding a comical twist to the scenario.
However, the monkey’s escapade was abruptly halted when a distant voice shouted, causing the primate to hastily retreat from the scene.
