Moreover, scattered to fairly widespread rainfall/snowfall is forecasted over Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh on the 9th and 10th of November. Isolated light rainfall is also predicted over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, and north Rajasthan on the 10th of November.
