Arunachal Football Academy: CM Pema Khandu Commends Launch with North East United FC Support

In an exciting development for sports enthusiasts and budding footballers in Arunachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Pema Khandu has enthusiastically announced the launch of the state’s inaugural residential Arunachal Football Academy. Notably, this venture has received valuable support from the North East United FC, marking a significant step forward for football development in the region.

Expressing his delight at this momentous occasion, Chief Minister Khandu remarked, “It’s indeed a matter of happiness that the first residential Arunachal Football Academy is being launched in the state with the support of North East United FC from the next academic session.” The establishment of such an academy represents a significant investment in nurturing the footballing talent of the region.

“Acknowledging the pivotal role played by Kipa Ajay, who spearheaded this initiative, the Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt thanks. Ajay’s dedication to providing a platform for aspiring young footballers in Arunachal Pradesh has been instrumental in making this project a reality. Khandu also extended his sincere gratitude to Mandar Tamhane, the CEO of NEUFC, and Rohit, who have lent their generous support to the cause”.
