In a significant move towards bolstering governance and public service delivery, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has introduced CM CONNECT in Meghalaya. This innovative initiative establishes a direct channel for residents to address their grievances and seek redressal through the helpline number ‘1971’.
CM Sangma expressed his optimism about CM CONNECT during its launch, emphasizing its role in bringing governance closer to the people. By providing a platform for citizens to voice their concerns and seek solutions, the initiative aims to ensure that the government machinery remains efficient, accountable, and accessible to all.
Through CM CONNECT, residents of Meghalaya can now easily reach out to address various issues and receive timely assistance from the government. Whether it’s related to infrastructure, public services, or any other matter, the helpline ‘1971’ serves as a vital tool for citizens to engage with their government.
The introduction of CM CONNECT underscores the commitment of the Meghalaya government to prioritize citizen-centric governance and foster transparency and accountability in administrative processes.
