Uttarakhand- Uniform Civil Code Bill: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami of Uttarakhand recently participated in a welcome and felicitation program at the BJP State Office in Dehradun, following the passing of the Uniform Civil Code Bill. Addressing esteemed officials and dedicated workers, he expressed profound gratitude to all involved in this historic achievement.
Heartfelt thanks were extended to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, hailed as the driving force behind the bill and the architect of the new India. Dhami credited the Prime Minister’s guidance for the successful completion of this monumental task, emphasizing its importance in shaping the nation’s future.
Dhami emphasized the overwhelming joy among the people of Uttarakhand, attributing the increased faith in the BJP government to the fulfillment of pre-election promises. He extended heartfelt appreciation to the citizens for their unparalleled support, recognizing their role in this significant accomplishment.
Highlighting Uttarakhand’s pioneering role, Dhami celebrated the state’s status as the first to pass the Uniform Civil Code Bill. This historic milestone, he noted, not only reflects the state’s commitment to equality but also sets a shining example for the entire nation.
As Uttarakhand leads the way in promoting equality and uniformity, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami envisions a future where the principles of justice and fairness emanating from Devbhoomi inspire the entire country.
