The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in mourning following the untimely demise of senior leader and Bihar BJP co-incharge, Shri Sunil Ojha. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conveyed his deep condolences, acknowledging the profound loss the BJP family is experiencing.

CM Pushkar Singh Dhami shared the very sad news of Sunil Ojha’s passing, describing him as a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party and a skilled organizer. Ojha held the crucial role of co-incharge of Bihar BJP and had previously served as co-incharge in Uttar Pradesh. His demise has left an irreplaceable void within the BJP, and CM Dhami expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

Sunil Ojha, a resident of Gujarat, had a rich political history. He served as a BJP MLA from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, showcasing his grassroots leadership. Ojha, belonging to the Brahmin community, was known for his deep-rooted connect with the people. Despite briefly leaving the BJP due to differences, he rejoined the party in 2011. Sunil Ojha played a significant role in the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s electoral victories in Varanasi during the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Widely considered an important architect behind Modi’s victories, Sunil Ojha’s strategic contributions were instrumental in securing wins for the BJP in Varanasi. His dedication and organizational skills were acknowledged by many within the party, making his passing all the more poignant for the BJP community.
