In a major legal development, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has initiated legal proceedings against the directors of M/s Pushpanjali Realms & Infratech Ltd. and other implicated individuals. The ED filed a Prosecution Complaint before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Dehradun on 18.11.2023, bringing to light allegations of cheating and duping innocent flat buyers.
The case revolves around the fraudulent practices carried out by the accused, leading to financial losses and emotional distress for unsuspecting flat buyers. The ED’s decisive action is aimed at seeking justice for the victims and holding those responsible for the alleged misconduct accountable.
“The Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Dehradun, has taken cognizance of the Prosecution Complaint, signifying the initiation of formal legal proceedings against the accused. This development marks a crucial step in addressing the grievances of the affected parties and upholding the principles of justice”.
