Washington D.C: In a horrifying incident that has stunned the nation, three young girls, aged 12 and 13, have been charged with the murder of 64-year-old Reggie Brown in Washington D.C. The disturbing event unfolded with the girls allegedly beating and stomping on Brown’s head, as captured in chilling video footage.
Investigators revealed the grim details, stating that the girls celebrated following the murder as they fled the scene. Reports suggest they were in a “celebratory mood,” adding to the shocking nature of the crime.
“Both the 12-year-old and the 13-year-old have been charged with second-degree murder. However, the situation took another tragic turn when the 12-year-old girl linked to the murder was shot in her apartment just days later. She sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was rushed to the hospital for treatment”.
Witnesses recounted hearing a loud noise before seeing two children fleeing from a window and running down an alley. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, leaving the community grappling with grief and unanswered questions.
As the investigation unfolds, the tragic loss of Reggie Brown serves as a sobering reminder of the senseless violence that can occur, even at the hands of young individuals. RIP, Reggie.
