Responding to the trolls, Harnaaz told a news conference, “I respect my body. I have celiac disease, I don’t like body shaming. People do not know that I am allergic to gluten. I like to break the stigma. It is clear from Harnaaz’s answer that the cause of her sudden weight gain is celiac disease.
