Pran Pratishtha Ceremony: The much-awaited ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir commenced at 12.20 p.m., marking a historic moment in Indian spiritual history. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, amidst a gathering of over 7,000 people, including revered seers and notable personalities, graced the occasion with his presence.
Prime Minister Modi’s Reverential Participation
As the ceremony reached its pivotal moment, Prime Minister Modi performed the symbolic ritual of opening the deity’s eyes. This act signified the awakening and consecration of Lord Ram’s divine presence. In a grand spectacle, air force helicopters adorned the sky, showering flowers over the deity, adding to the celestial ambiance of the occasion. Demonstrating his devotion, Prime Minister Modi touched the deity’s feet in a humble gesture of reverence.
The Sacred Aarti: A Moment of Divine Connection
The atmosphere turned ethereal as the Aarti commenced, enveloping the Ayodhya Ram Mandir in a spiritual aura. This sacred ritual marked the culmination of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony, inviting divine blessings and peace.
A Transition of Idol Worship
In a significant moment of the ongoing ceremony, the idol previously enshrined in the makeshift temple was respectfully placed before the newly consecrated 51-inch idol of Ram Lalla. This act symbolized a meaningful transition in the worship practices at the temple.

The ceremony witnessed the participation of Bollywood personalities like Vivek Oberoi, Hema Malini, Subhash Ghai, and Prasoon Joshi, adding a touch of glamour to the spiritual event.
