In anticipation of the highly awaited IDFC First Bank 5-match T20I series against Australia, the Men’s Selection Committee has officially declared India’s squad for the thrilling cricketing extravaganza set to unfold from November 23, 2023, starting in Visakhapatnam.
Dynamic Leadership:
Suryakumar Yadav has been named the captain of the Indian squad, bringing his aggressive batting style and leadership acumen to the forefront. Ruturaj Gaikwad, recognized for his explosive performances, has been appointed as the vice-captain, adding depth to the team’s leadership dynamics.
Exciting Mix of Youth and Experience:
The selected squad showcases a harmonious blend of emerging talents and seasoned players. Youngsters Ishan Kishan, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Tilak Varma inject youthful energy, while the experience of players like Washington Sundar, Axar Patel, and Prasidh Krishna adds a stabilizing influence to the team.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Jitesh Sharma brings his skills behind the stumps, complemented by the all-round abilities of Shivam Dubey and the spin prowess of Ravi Bishnoi.
