Ola S1X: Ola Electric has unveiled its latest offering, the S1 X range of scooters, along with revised pricing options. Starting at an introductory price of Rs 69,999, the S1 X portfolio includes 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh variants. This range aims to provide customers with a cost-effective ownership experience, coupled with an 8-year/80,000 km complimentary battery warranty. Deliveries for the S1 X will commence next week, as confirmed by the company.
Additionally, Ola Electric has announced updated prices for existing models. The S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+ will now be available at Rs 1,29,999, Rs 1,04,999, and Rs 84,999, respectively.
Key features of the Ola S1 X range include a physical key and varying range options to suit different customer needs. The scooter, equipped with a 6 kW motor, offers IDC-certified ranges of 190 km, 143 km, and 95 km for the 4 kWh, 3 kWh, and 2 kWh variants respectively. It boasts quick acceleration, reaching 0-40 Km/h in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 90 kmph in 4 kWh and 3 kWh variants, and 4.1 seconds and 85 kmph in the 2 kWh variant. Riders can seamlessly switch between three riding modes: Eco, Normal, and Sports.
Moreover, Ola Electric offers an 8-year/80,000 km extended battery warranty for all its products, with the option to extend coverage up to 1,25,000 km with an add-on warranty starting at Rs 4,999. Additionally, the company has introduced a portable fast charger accessory priced at Rs 29,999.
In a significant achievement, Ola Electric has surpassed the registration milestone of 5,00,000 scooters within just 2.5 years, as per data from the VAHAN portal. This milestone reflects the company’s rapid growth and customer trust in its products.
