In a thrilling finale, stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui emerged victorious as the winner of “Bigg Boss” Season 17. Showcasing his wit and charm, the 32-year-old comedian defeated actor Abhishek Kumar in a nail-biting live voting session. The announcement was made by the show’s host, Bollywood icon Salman Khan, amidst the presence of special guests Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan.

Expressing gratitude on his official social media account, Munawar Faruqui extended heartfelt thanks to his supporters. He shared a picture holding the Bigg Boss Season 17 trophy alongside Salman Khan. Faruqui not only claimed the prestigious title but also bagged a substantial cash prize of ₹50 lakh and a car.
Tough Competition in the Finale
Competing against Munawar Faruqui in the finale were actors Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande, and YouTuber Arun Srikanth Mahashetty. The intense competition added to the excitement of the grand finale.

The 17th season of “Bigg Boss” kicked off on October 15, 2023, featuring a diverse lineup of 17 contestants, including Vicky Jain, Ayesha Khan, Anurag Dobhal, and others. Munawar Faruqui’s victory adds another feather to his cap, following his win in the 2022 reality show “Lock Upp,” hosted by Kangana Ranaut.
